Muscle Plan - Do You Even Have One?


We are quickly approaching that time of the year when the majority of people set a new years resolution similar to "must go to the gym." They key to this however is to put together a build muscle plan. This is what will set you apart from most people. It is crucial to set yourself short term (1-2 months), mid term (6-12 months) and long term (1 year +) goals. In my experience start with the end in mind then work backwards. Maybe you want to lose 40 lb, gain 25 lb, feel healthy, build a beach body, etc. Once you have established your goal, think how you are going to get there. Are you going to join a gymnasium, pay for a personal trainer, purchase some basic weights (new or used). From here it is important to recognise that this is to be something you can continue for the long term.
